Put on your dancing shoes everyone, the biggest event of the year is right around the corner, so tell your friends to get ready!
Dance Marathon will be held this Saturday, May 17th, at Niles West High School from 5 p.m. to 12 a.m. The theme hours this year have finally been revealed and are the following: Western, pajama, sports, and neon.
“I can’t wait to see it all come together. The morale dance, the theme hours, the entertainment, the speakers…I can’t wait to see it come together. Everyone who’s participated and dedicated their time to dance marathon has worked so hard this year to not only raise money for an amazing charity, but to create a great night for the community,” senior DM exec Maggie Quane said.
If you haven’t raised any money and still want to attend, don’t fret because you still can! You just have to make your own donation per hour and a slightly higher donation for the power hour. Every hour from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. will only cost you $7.oo and the neon power hour will cost $12.00.
All proceeds benefit DM’s charity this year, CROSO. To learn more about CROSO and why Dance Marathon chose them to promote this year, watch this video.
See you all at Dance Marathon!
