The boys tennis team will be a team to watch for this spring. With a lot of hard work and determination, the boys tennis team is ready to put up a fight. Last year the team was 7-5 going to conference. They were described, as competitive and aggressive at conference.
“This is going to be a very competitive season, and the boys are working very hard. We have been practicing non stop during weekends and I know we will definitely do our best,” said varsity coach and AP chemistry teacher, Andrew Klamm.
“This year we’ve been doing a lot of off-season practice and I’m looking forward to seeing how much we’ve improved. I think we’ll be able to beat some of the teams we had trouble against in the past and do a lot better overall,” said varsity player, Daniel Kang.
“I’m looking forward to pushing myself at the varsity level, the harder workouts, and their payoff. The tennis season will be one that is fought for as we go about our training more seriously. As for wins and loses, this is the start, and we will push, and if we can make everyone continue to push, we have a great chance,” said junior, Eric Herwitz.
