Last Saturday Niles North hosted their home game against Regina.
The momentum was up early on the game. The vikings led by 15 early in the 1st quarter and led by 8 in the half.
Senior Stephanie Warda said, “We were always a head of them but they slowly crept up so we couldn’t sit back and relax. It was still anyone’s game.”
Sure enough the Panthers made a run on them 3rd quarter but this only motivated the vikings even more
Like any basketball game it came down to the 4th quarter. The Vikings stepped up and secured the win 50-47.
