The Niles North chorale has several upcoming performances in tribute to the holiday season. Last week, the choir sang at the Goodman Theatre in Chicago and teamed up with the Young Peoples’ Chorus of New York City for a national performance at Lord and Taylor.

They also made their voices heard at the Christmas tree lighting ceremony on Dec. 1 at Old Orchard and at Comer’s Children’s Hospital in Chicago with Ronald McDonald on Dec. 2.

Earlier today, Dec. 4, there was a performance at the Rotary International Luncheon here at Niles North from 1:10 to 1:30. Other performances are as follows:

Saturday, Dec. 8: Breakfast with Santa at Maggiano’s Old Orchard, 9:00 – 11:00 a.m.

Wednesday, Dec. 12: Caroling in the lobby prior to the Niles North band concert, 7:00 – 7:30 p.m.

Wednesday, Dec. 19: Choir and orchestra holiday concert at North, 7:30 – 9:00 p.m.

Sunday, Dec. 23: Caroling in the lobby of Symphony Hall in Chicago, 5:30 – 7:00 p.m.

The Niles North Vocal Jazz ensembles will also be performing on the morning of Friday, Dec. 21 for the last “Hot Chocolate with the Principal” in the cafeteria.

If you’re feeling into the holiday spirit, come listen to the choir singing some of your favorite holiday songs at one of these events.
