Alx Taylor is a 16 year old Sophomore, who is a new addition to the North Star News staff. She is interested in photography, graphic design, and dance. Alx is also a part of the Auroris Dance Company. Alongside of Auroris she is a part of the Mental Health education club, she is also a part of the LGBTQ+ community. In Alx’s free time she likes to listen to and make music.

Auroris Dance Company will be competing at the 2020 National High School Dance Festival in Pittsburgh, PA. They were one of 75 schools accepted and many of these schools are fine arts high schools and dance schools. Only 30% of the schools that auditioned were accepted.
