Along with Tri-State Gold Parties, Niles North Fine Arts Parents and Patron (NNFAP) is hosting a fundraiser to help with the Theatre Department’s upcoming trip to New York.
Any unwanted gold or broken jewelry can be brought to the event in an exchange for instant cash back, with 20 percent of the proceeds going to NNFAP. The event will take place on Saturday, Dec. 1 , from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Hampton Inn and Suites, 5201 Old Orchard Road, Skokie.
The NNFAP is an organization of Niles North parents and patrons that supports the school’s fine arts departments such as theater, visual arts, band, Auroris, choir and orchestra. It provides the students with grants to go on trips, attend workshops, and pay for lessons and other needs.
This organization meets once a month, and it is led by Gail Paskind. For more information about NNFAP and their upcoming events, please visit http://www.nnfap.org/
