What is your name and grade level? Isabella Trujillo, Senior

What activities are you involved in at Niles North? I’m involved in Auroris Dance Company, tennis, and LANZA.

What is your favorite thing about being a part of Auroris? The community is definitely my favorite thing because it is very diverse and inclusive, it’s all super fun, and we’re like a family. 

What is one of your favorite memories from the tennis season? My favorite memory was when one of our matches got rained out, and since we didn’t want to leave, we went to the mall and went on a shopping spree with our coach, and it was all really fun. 

If you could take one class again, what would it be and why? I definitely would take ALCUSH again because I loved the class community and my friends were in it, which made it so fun.

What’s your dream job? My dream job is to become a lawyer because I really like the study of law, and it’s something I’m super passionate about. 

Where is your favorite place you’ve ever traveled, and why? My favorite place I’ve traveled to is Italy because it was so pretty and had amazing views. 

Who is someone you feel inspired by? I am really inspired by my sister because she is an incredibly motivated person; she has done a lot with her life, and I really look up to her. 

If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be and why? Probably empanadas because they are my favorite food and I feel like I could eat them all the time. 

What is one of your unpopular opinions? One of my unpopular opinions is that I think pineapple belongs on pizza. 

If you could talk about one topic for hours, what would it be? Probably the topic of feminism because I am really interested in the topic and I think I could go into depth about it. 

What are you looking forward to in the near future? I am definitely excited about graduating because it is the start of a new chapter for me. 

What song do you think represents your personality? I think Party by Bad Bunny and Rauw Alejandro represents my personality because it’s a fun, upbeat song and it really speaks to me. 

What is something you could never leave the house without? Definitely my phone, because I need it for everything when I’m out.
