Here’s some essential information you may need to help you with finals.
Final exam schedules for all three test days have been posted online on Niles North’s website. Listings for each testing period include the class, teacher, number of students in the class, and the testing room. Makeup times are also posted.
If you want a shortcut to your schedule, the Advanced App Development class created an app for that, which you can find here. All you have to do is type in your ID number.
“The web app gives any student the opportunity to view their entire three day exam schedule in one elegant setting, ” says David Ruth, Advanced App Development instructor. “Under the old system, a student would have to search through up to 11 different web pages to find each of their classes and write down their exam time and room and keep track of their hand-written schedule. The final exam schedule app is a real convenience for students.”
If you have time between your exams, you can head to the cafeteria to study. The cafeteria will be open all three testing days, 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, and 7:30 to 11 a.m. on Friday.
Transportation is essential in order to get to and from school for exams. If you take the bus, don’t worry; the buses will still be running during finals week. Morning pickup will stay the same; afternoon pickup will vary, so plan accordingly. You can view the whole schedule here.
