The V-show was judged by science teachers, Andrew Klamm and Richard Theilsan, with guidence counsler, Kia Pickett.

“Being a senior, it was sad that this would be the last time I would show my talent of dancing. Every performer made me proud that I go to Niles North High School and I am proud of myself of how far I have come!,” Mi Lee, dancer, said.
After a night filled with astounding acts, Rena Chariachangel, senior, won first place with her mystique hula-hoop act. Taylor Gray won second place for her orignal song titled, Forever, and Kimberly Fernadez, freshman, won third place for her aca-awesome acapella.
Rena’s performance made the audience’s glaze into her act. The spinning of her hula-hoop made people look up and down as it swung in a 360 rotation in her hand. The lights really caught the attention of the audience with different colors and patterns. What really astonished everyone was how Rena could do stunts with hula-hoop in the dark.
“I was surprised when they announced that I got first place. I was not expecting that at all! I honestly thotught I wouldn’t have gotten any place because all the other acts were so amazingly good. I prepared in only one week! I only choreographed a dew parts of my dance routine and the rest of it was all improvised,” Rena Chariachangel, winner, said.
