It’s that time of year, seniors! To celebrate the almost-end of the school year, don’t forget to leave your handprint on the wall outside of the cafeteria to leave your own lasting legacy on Niles North High School.
Come to the Student Activities Office after school on March 5, 2014 to cover your hand in either black, white, or purple paint, as part of a continuing tradition that has been going on for many years.
“I’m really excited to leave my handprint on the wall because I know there will always be a part of me at this school, kind of like Harry Potter,” senior Zel Velarde said.
It will cost $1 to participate in this annual senior tradition and all proceeds gained from this activity will benefit this year’s charity for Dance Marathon, CROSO. Seniors only have until 4:00 p.m. to leave their handprints on the wall.
