Lisett Becerra was raised in the south side of Chicago and moved to Skokie when she was fifteen. She has always enjoyed writing from a young age. When she was two, she used to “read” a bunch of children’s books. As soon as she properly learned to read, she couldn’t steer herself away from a good book. Due to this drive to read, she plans to major in English once she graduates.
