Ingredients:
- 8 cups of 2% reduced fat milk
- 1 cup of white rice
- 7 tbsps sugar
- 2.5 tsp of Pure Vanilla Extract
- 5 tbsps cornstarch
- Small pinch of salt
- Cinnamon and/or raisins (if desired)
- 3 cups of water
Directions:
- Heat up the milk
- While the milk is heating up, boil the rice in 2 cups of water until it’s tender
- Once the rice is tender, empty the rice and its water in the large pot that contains the milk
- Make sure to continuously mix the rice and the milk while they are both heating up for 20-30 minutes.
- Add the sugar to the mix and continue to stir it until it’s all dissolved
- Dissolve the cornstarch in 1 cup of water then mix it with the rice and the milk until the mixture thickens.
- Once it thickens, add the vanilla, salt and raisins (if applicable) and stir the mixture well.
- Pour the mixture into small plates (or whatever you are going to serve it in) and sprinkle some cinnamon on top for decoration and for a special flavor!
Enjoy!

I am really impressed with your writing skills
and also with the layout on youur blog. Is this a
paid theme or did you customize it yourself?
Either way keep up the excellent quality writing, it’s rare
to see a nice blog like this one these days.
