One of my favorite things to eat, especially on Thanksgiving, is corn souffle. My mom makes it every single year; I love eating it so much that she always ends up making it for me on my birthday and on other holidays too. It’s super easy to make and perfect to share with the family, so let’s get started.
Ingredients:
- One 16 ounce can of creamed corn
- One 16 ounce can of regular corn, drained
- Two eggs, beaten
- Half a cup of melted butter
- One cup of sour cream
- One box of Jiffy cornbread mix
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together into a large bowl
- Pour the mixed ingredients into a greased 13 x 9 pan
- Bake at 350° Fahrenheit for 40 – 45 minutes or until top is golden brown
Happy Thanksgiving!
