When a tornado rips through Kansas, Dorothy and her dog Toto are whisked away to the magical land of Oz. On route to the Emerald City, Dorothy and Toto meet a Scarecrow that needs a brain, a Tin Man that needs a heart, and a Cowardly Lion who wants courage. Together, they embark on a journey to convince The Wizard of Oz to listen to their requests. Throughout their journey, they are faced with challenges that must be overcome in order to successfully make it to the Emerald City.

“I’m excited to see the whole musical because I know the cast and crew have been working really hard on it,” senior Nela Hanic said, “I’m excited to see all the music numbers and dances and I’m excited to see a real dog playing Toto.”
Senior actor Jonathon Isaacs shares his experience making the production come to life with his fellow cast and crew members.
“It’s magical, adventurous, mysterious, and grand,” Isaacs said, “Getting to practice blocking and dancing the choreography was really fun.”
