After 21 years, your favorite family is coming back. Yes that’s right the Tanner family from the 1986 sitcom, Full House is coming back on the screen!
Set in San Francisco, California, Fuller House focuses on the recently widowed D.J. Tanner-Fuller, who is now a veterinarian and mother of three sons. She enlists the help of her sister Stephanie and her best friend Kimmy—who is now a mother to a teenage girl named Ramona—to move in and help her raise her boys after her husband, Tommy passes away!
“I used to watch Full House at 6:30 a.m. and I did this everyday because Full House is my favorite show! I found out a month ago that Full House was coming back and I was so shocked that my favorite show will finally come back. I am so excited for this new season,” Troi Cadadaos, senior, said.
In addition, we will also be seeing other returning cast members such as Bob Saget, John Stamos, Lori Loughin, and Dave Coulier, who will all be making guest appearances. John Stamos who plays Uncle Jesse, will be be producing the show.
Many fans have been disappointed that Michele Tanner played by Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen will not be returning. While it was not directly stated why they are not reprising their roles, it was said that they have many conflicts with the schedule.
“I am so mad that the twins arn’t coming back because they were the soul of the show. The show is nothing without them,” Ashley Matthew, senior,said.
Fuller House can be streamed live on Feb 23, 2016 on Netflix with all 13 episodes present. It is an honor to have the Tanner family back in action!
