How long have you been coaching girls track? I’ve been coaching for 6 years all at Niles North.

What are your core values as a coach? My coaching philosophy is to have my athletes stay hungry, trust the learning process, and to instill confidence in my athletes to attack any obstacles in their way.

Do you think your team is doing better in the outdoor season than in indoor season? Yes! Our team is young and as a result of their hard work this season they have bloomed into stronger and more competitive athletes in the outdoor season. We had a lot of our athletes medal this outdoor season and it’s a reflection of how much they have learned. We are proud of the progress and look forward to what’s to come.
