What’s your name and grade? Anthony Alverio and I am a sophomore.

Where were you born? I was born in Chicago.

Which languages do you speak? I am only fluent in English and I know some Tagalog and Spanish. 

What’s your favorite food? I like a lot of foods but my favorite food would probably have to be pizza.

What are your hobbies? I like to play sports, specifically volleyball since I am on the team.

Do you have a favorite subject? I like my Chemistry class but not the actual subject itself.

How do you cope from the stress that comes from school? I like taking naps which helps me focus more.

What clubs, extracurricular activities, and sports are you in? I did wrestling during the winter, I am currently in volleyball, and I joined the Filipino Club.

What do you like about playing volleyball? I think it’s a really fun sport to play and the teammates make it more enjoyable.

What’s your favorite memory from this year? I have to say Battle of the Bamboo was super fun and I got to meet a lot of new friends who I’m glad that I met.
