Big news for Niles North students as there is now new confirmation on the installation of air conditioning in the Main Gym and Field House. Niles North students don’t have to complain about the Main Gym’s heat anymore, as the air conditioning is already up and running, and has been for some time. However, many will have to wait for the Field House’s air conditioning to be installed. While some students believe that air conditioning has already been set up in the Field House, Dr. Edwards has stated that Niles North is still waiting on new parts in the Field House. He simply believes that it’s the recent cold weather in Skokie that’s leading to the belief of this false narrative. While Edwards is unsure of the exact time on the arrival of these new parts, he claims these new parts will come in, “Soon.”
