Do you enjoy watching people sing, dance, perform stand-up comedy? Then you would love North’s Got Talent.

This year we have a very talented cast including  Mr. Kretsos & friends (band performing a song), Emaurie Pelt (singing), Filip Cejovic (conducting his singing children), Caleb Hanks (contortionist), John Kowalik (stand-up comedy), and Olivia Yoshioka and Summer Lee (dancing).

North’s Got Talent resembles America’s Got Talent in several ways. First is the celebrity teacher judges which include Nevin VanRoeyen, and Ryan Lindberg with the remaining judges yet to be announced.

“I am unsure what will be the hardest thing about being a judge,” Lindberg said. “I suppose upholding the responsibility of providing constructive feedback to the students performing and demonstrating their talents will require some creativity on my behalf. Fortunately I have other fantastic people to work with in review of the performers abilities to demonstrate their talent to the crowd.”

With the talent pool as deep as it is our judges feel some pressure about choosing a winner.
“The hardest part about being a judge is that I have no talent.   Aside from math of course.  So…I will probably think everyone is amazing,” VanRoeyen said.

So come on out and see these very talented people on March 16 at 6 p.m. for five dollars.
