What is your favorite part of playing basketball or running track? My favorite part about playing basketball and track is being with my friends and learning a bunch of new skills.

What is your favorite song to listen to before a meet or game? I don’t really have a favorite song to listen to, but I like to listen to uplifting music, rap, or sometimes even calm R&B.

What is a quote that you have always lived by? Definitely, ¨losing is a part of the game; if you never lose, you are never truly tested, and you’re never forced to grow.¨That’s something that I’ve always lived by.

What makes you excited about being a senior next year? What makes me the most excited for senior year is being able to enjoy high school with more senior activities. I’m really excited to have fun in high school for the last time.
How do you reduce stress before an important event? I usually just listen to music, and I talk to my friends just to keep my mind off things.

What are some of your plans for the summer? I don’t have very many plans for this summer besides going to basketball and flag football camp.

How do you keep yourself occupied while waiting to run your event? While waiting for my event to start, I usually just talk to my friends, or I just keep myself warmed up.

How would your friends describe you? I think my friends would describe me as determined, kind, and loyal.
