There is much to look forward to in the remainder of the Girls Swim & Dive season. Let’s break it down. 

On Oct. 4, the Vikings will take on Maine West for senior night. The evening will celebrate the dedication and hard work of the senior athletes, who have spent countless hours training and competing. The traditional honorary senior ceremony will begin at 5 p.m. followed by the meet where the Vikings are looking to take the win against their opponents. 

Then, on Oct. 10, the Vikings will be competing against their rival school, Niles West. This meet will be held on home territory, at the main pool, at 5 p.m. 

Consider supporting as the team continues to trek through their season. In a short few weeks, sectionals and Conference will be on the line. 

“We have a really good group of girls and the team spirit is up,”  junior Sarah Gomez said.
