Please tell me your name, grade, and pronouns? My name is Johnny Chamoun, I’m a Junior, and my pronouns are he/him.
What is your favorite thing to do? I like to watch movies on Netflix, and play video games, and just hang out with my little brother.
What are your favorite movies and video games? Okay, so, my favorite movie has to be Spider-Man: No Way Home. It’s a very good movie. I like to play Minecraft a lot–that’s, like, one of my favorite video games for sure.
Who is your favorite person to be around? I would like to say, my friend Elliana. I just love being around her because she’s just one of my best friends. Her energy is always matched with mine, and there’s never a time when she doesn’t make me laugh, and it’s just like, we can just have, like, the best times together. I just love her so much, she’s my best friend.
If you could trade places with any one person in the world for a day, who would it be? I would say Beyoncé, because I personally would love my own Grammy one day, and Beyoncé has the most [Grammies] out of everyone EVER. But besides that, just having that level of fame seems very interesting to me. So I would say Beyoncé, for sure.
Where do you see yourself in five years? Probably still in school–for being a dentist, because I’d like to be a dentist when I grow up–hopefully working at a dental office, and just probably staying in college. I would just be in school for being a dentist.
Why do you want to become a dentist? Ever since I was younger, me and my dentist have always had a good connection. I’ve just been so interested in the tools, and the science, and I’m pretty good at science and math, so I just think that it would be a really good job for me.
Is there anything you really wish people knew about you? Something I wish people really knew about me is that I like to make people laugh. I enjoy making people laugh, it’s something that I just really like. I guess I’m very much of a people person. I just like to make people laugh.
What do you do to make each day happy for yourself? I make sure I get me time, so like, watching my shows, making sure I have that break, you know, I have a little break in my day so I can just relax and have my me time, maybe watch my shows, hang out with my little brother, or just, you know, just have me time.
What TV shows do you watch? Okay, so, right now, I’m finishing Orange is the New Black on Netflix–I love that show. My favorite show of all time, though, is The Good Place. That show is my favorite, ever-ever-ever. I’ve watched it, like, five times. I love it so much.
If you could have any superpower, what would you choose? I wanna fly. I wanna fly because I think I could just, like, get anywhere. You know what I mean? I would love to fly.What do you appreciate in your life? I appreciate my friends. Because, you know, I realize, like, as my school years go on, like, my friends usually change depending on who I have classes with most of the time. So, the friends that I’ve just always had by my side, I just appreciate them a lot. And that’s something I definitely appreciate in my life, just my friends and the people who I surround myself with.
