Auroris is a dance team here at Niles North that allows students to perform on stage and choreograph for their peers. They perform many different styles of dance such as contemporary, hiphop, and jazz. Dancers have the opportunity to work with guest choreographers, perform at school functions such as pep rallies, and travel to festivals.
The team is very close and the club is run by Ms. Ahlman along with student captains Amy Huynh, Kendall Baker, Anna Copeland, and Hannah Seitz.
“My favorite part of it is the group that’s in there. When Auroris says they’re like a family we really are, we’re so close. We tell each other everything and the bonds I’ve made in Auroris are so special to me,” sophomore Cassey Delos Reyes said.
