What is your name and grade? My name is Lolah Slagg and I am in ninth grade.

What inspired you to start Animal Rescue Club?  One day I was thinking about volunteering for Wright Way Animal Shelter but I checked the clubs at our school to see if there was anything that I could like do, but there really wasn’t. So I decided to email Ms. Benjamin and we put Animal Rescue Club together. I just really wanted to volunteer. 

What is your favorite thing about yourself? I think my favorite thing about myself is my hair. 

Do you have any pet peeves? My biggest pet peeve is when my sister leaves her hair in the shower. 

Why did you start playing soccer? Why do you continue to play soccer? I started playing soccer because my sister was playing soccer. I continued to play soccer because my friends are in it and I really like it. 

When was the last time you tried something new? What was it? The last time I tried something new was over the weekend. My aunt and I ran around her neighborhood. She usually goes on daily runs. I don’t really run only when I play soccer. 

What gets you excited about life? Money gets me excited about life. Meeting new people also gets me excited. My friends Ashley and Deni too. 

What inspired you to join Auroris? I have danced for like four years and I really like it. My sister also told me that her friends were in it so I thought that I would have people that I could relate too.

Why do you like to dance? I like the songs that we get to do. It’s also really fun that we get to choreograph our dances. 

If you could be an animal, what animal would you be and why? I would like to be a panda. I really like pandas and their colors. They are also just super cute. 

What would you want someone who doesn’t know you to know about you? I would like people to know that they can tell me anything.
