For years, SAGA has been putting out amazing editions of their annual publication, the yearbook. However, this year is SAGA’s fiftieth year of publication, so you can expect something special in this year edition. This Friday, you can pick up your very own edition of the yearbook at SAGA’s distribution party, in the commons. “This is the 50th edition with special features,” senior editor in chief Molly Hampton said, ” so people don’t want to miss this book.”
The party starts with the distribution of the yearbook, but it doesn’t end there. for a five dollar entry fee, you can enjoy food and entertainment. This year, entertainment includes sophomores Natalie Aleman, Jacob Austria, and Russell Reyes, and seniors Colin Austria, Zel Velarde, Ashley Grace, and many more! (You can check out a full list of performers on SAGA’s Facebook page for the event) However, the star of the show has to be senior Kevin Hanna, who is debuting two songs from his mixtape, which drops Thursday.
If you want to come (of course you do) tickets are five dollars and can be purchased at the door, or on Thursday during all lunch periods. Hope to see you there!
