This past week, the Niles North area transitioned into Phase 4-Tier 1 which has led to some changes in restrictions, the most drastic being the limited reintroduction of high school sports. The graphic below shows how to move in and out of different stages, and Region 10 (Our region of Illinois) is on path to reach Phase 4 at some point this week. Also below is a chart of what the different tier levels allow in Illinois.
No indoor service at bars at restaurants.

Schools can reopen with approved safety guidance.
Bars and Restaurants can open with capacity limits.
Movie theaters and retail stores can reopen with capacity limits.
A test positivity rate of 6.5% or lower for three consecutive days.
All sectors of the economy can reopen with new safety guidelines.
Large events and festivities can take place.
