Pull out your lawn chairs and beach blankets, because Downtown Skokie’s Wednesdays on the Green is returning for a fourth year!
Wednesdays on the Green is 12 summer weeks full of FREE family entertainment in downtown Skokie presented by the Skokie Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with the Village of Skokie, Skokie Park District, Skokie Public Library and the Independent Merchants of Downtown Skokie (IMODS).
All events begin at 7 pm and are held on the Village Green, which is in between the Skokie Public Library and the Skokie Village Hall on Oakton Street. Free parking is available surrounding the area.
There are plenty of amazing acts to be seen this summer, so don’t miss out! Highlights include: Final Say, a band that covers everything from Top 40 hits to oldies classics, a children’s show with the one and only Super Stolie, dance instructors Kaleidoscope Dance, and to wrap the schedule up, Beatles tribute band Cavern Beat.
